Nature Discovery Center Enchanted Woods

Designed as nature for all, it offers layered experiences for all ages, abilities, and backgrounds through varied play challenges, quiet nooks, and gathering spaces. Within an authentically natural setting, children can run, climb, splash among lily-pad water features, crawl through tunnels, discover wildlife under logs, and build forts—transforming unstructured play into hands-on science. Embracing diverse ways of playing—from quiet observation and imaginative make-believe to active exploration—the Enchanted Woods welcomes every visitor’s preferred mode of engagement. Native plant communities and seasonal habitats serve as living classrooms, while a treehouse classroom and flexible outdoor rooms support year-round learning, camps, and community programs. Serving as both neighborhood park and outdoor classroom, the Enchanted Woods broadens access to environmental education, strengthens well-being, and cultivates stewardship.
