Intern with us
The TBG internship experience is designed as a meaningful introduction to the practice of shaping place. Interns work alongside landscape architects, planners, urban designers, and branded environment specialists, contributing to active projects and real conversations. With hands-on experience, dedicated mentorship, and exposure to the full lifecycle of our work, you’ll gain both technical insight and a deeper understanding of how ideas move from concept to built reality. It’s an opportunity to sharpen your craft, expand your perspective, and begin building a career rooted in collaboration and lasting impact.

Intern Week brings interns from across the firm together to develop their skills, immerse themselves in our design process, and strengthen collaboration. Hosted in a different TBG office each summer, the week offers a fast-paced, hands-on exploration of a real project from concept to presentation.
