Yuhe Xiao

The most populous city in northwest China and hometown to Yuhe, Xi’an is one of China’s Four Great Ancient Capitals and is famous for its long history and food. Growing up, Yuhe enjoyed walking and cycling on the City Wall where she felt like she was touching a unique piece of history. In the winter, she describes the experience feeling like traveling to ancient times. Yuhe has a good memory and can memorize things quickly and has a knack for cooking and baking.
