Shiyun Wen

Shiyun is a landscape designer with an interest in community parks, playgrounds, and trails, where thoughtful design can have a direct impact on everyday life. With strengths in ArcGIS and data visualization, she combines spatial and environmental analysis with an understanding of how people experience and navigate public spaces. She believes landscape architecture can create healthier, more accessible, and equitable communities, and approaches design constraints such as grading, accessibility, drainage, and circulation as opportunities to develop thoughtful, integrated solutions.
