A Principal based in TBG’s Houston office, Blake provides invaluable leadership in the design process while leading a team of landscape architects and planners. Blake has more than 15 years of professional experience encompassing all aspects of project management and design responsibilities from conceptual phases through construction. He balances an array of project assignments with a passion for community engagement efforts, working with entities like the Urban Land Institute and the Bayou Preservation Association to improve quality of life and the built environment locally.
Growing up in San Antonio, some of Blake’s fondest memories include seeing live music with his family — the whole family attended concerts by Metallica, Fleetwood Mac and Willie Nelson, among others. He plans to carry on the family tradition of embarrassing your kids in public with his own two children at future concerts. Blake is still inspired by music and plays bass and acoustic guitar.
