Avery Schill

Avery is a landscape designer who approaches each project as a unique puzzle, using ecological, economic, and social considerations as essential inputs for creating thoughtful, site-responsive design solutions. Inspired by Richard Louv’s Last Child in the Woods, Avery believes nature is a vital classroom for critical thinking, health, and connection. Her design philosophy is rooted in stewardship: when people feel invested in their environment and community, they are more likely to protect and care for it.
