TBG | meet lei xiao, dallas’s newest hire

TBG is pleased to announce a new addition to its practice: Lei Xiao, PLA, ASLA, Senior Associate and Design Lead.

About Lei Xiao, PLA, ASLA
Lei Xiao, who was previously Vice President of EDSA, Inc., has joined the firm and brings over 15 years of diverse experience including large scale planning, urban design, hospitality and mixed-use projects throughout the United States and internationally. Lei is located in TBG’s Dallas studio and will focus on leading design efforts throughout the office, pulling from her extensive experience, as well as participating in office and firmwide design charrettes for small- and large-scale visioning.

As Vice President of EDSA, Inc., Lei was responsible for leading the growth in the Asia market, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing multiple projects. She has a unique ability to work across all scales and positively impact design throughout the project life cycle. Lei brings a broad range of global project experience in over 30 countries and has extensive experience in visioning and master planning.

“Leveraging my experience at EDSA working on urban design and hospitality projects around the world, I am really excited to be joining TBG and motivated to contribute to amplifying those efforts across the firm,” Xiao said.
