Clients, Colleagues, and Friends:

Over the past fourteen weeks, we have been in uncharted territory amidst COVID-19. The journey has been difficult and uncertain, but we at TBG, have been guided by a steadfast belief in putting our people first. People-first, when swiftly transitioning more than 100 professionals to remote status. People-first, when deciding how to safely welcome employees back to the office. And people-first, while holistically re-imagining the future of our workplace.

Recent events have challenged us to explore new ways of interacting with one another, pushed us to innovate new tools and technologies, and led us to discover new formulas for balancing work-and-life. It is becoming glaringly obvious that returning to yesterday’s normal is no longer an option. The challenge now is not how-to slingshot back to the way things were, but instead, how-to evolve and support our peers and partners in doing the same.

While every organization must approach re-entry slightly different, we are pleased to share this framework for reopening our offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. Key aspects of the plan include:

_ Designed to support the health, safety, and wellbeing of everyone in the TBG family

_ Based upon guidance from the CDC, OSHA, as well as federal, state, and local officials

_ Establishes four levels of office openness, allowing flexibility to dial up or down based on conditions in each of our communities

_ Returning to the office is 100% voluntary for the foreseeable future

_ A commitment to continue exploring ways of working safely from the physical office when in-person collaboration is needed and from a remote location when independent focus is beneficial

We are unsure of what the future holds, but we know that people-first will continue to be at the core of everything we do.
