The ’68 Wins SABJ’s Best Mixed-Use Project

We’re excited to share that the ’68 has won Best Mixed-Use Project as part of the San Antonio Business Journal’s 2020 Building San Antonio Awards!

This new multifamily provides front door access to Yanaguana Garden and inviting outdoor settings that celebrate the area’s historic context. Features like a palmetto path, resident lounge, custom seating along the acequia and seamless urban connectivity elevate the lifestyle experience and provide a daily connection to the vibrancy of Hemisfair Park. The project helps replace some of the approximately 1,500 residences displaced by the 1968 World’s Fair and nearly half of the complex’s 151 residential units are targeted toward residents earning below the city’s median income.
