New Prairie-Inspired Community coming to Waller County, Texas

This exciting development, featured recently by Chron and the Houston Business Journal, prioritizes outdoor living with thoughtfully designed amenities including green spaces, walking trails, and a central gathering hub.

Situated within the historic Katy Prairie, Attwater’s design draws inspiration from the area’s native grasslands. Open spaces and native plantings not only create a distinct sense of place but also honor the prairie’s rich ecological and cultural heritage.

The entry monumentation is currently under construction and Phase 1 of the landscape is set to begin shorty. TBG is also actively working on conceptual design for the community recreation center and the first park within the development – spaces that are integral in fostering community engagement and leisure.
