featured on Towers | symphony square’s office building breaks ground in downtown austin

Construction has officially begun on Symphony Square’s seven-story office building. Austin Towers announced the groundbreaking this past week, and TBG Partners is thrilled to be a part of the monumental project.

The office space neighbors a 32-floor residential tower, with which it will share a two-story fitness center via skybridge. TBG Partners’ scope includes both the office and residential tower, as well as a pedestrian streetscape along three streets, and lastly, a pedestrian paseo that will ultimately connect into the existing Symphony Square plaza.

The office space is 170,000 square feet with 5,000 square feet of retail and restaurant on the ground level. It is expected to be ready for tenants by spring 2023. Construction on the residential tower began this past year, and it will provide 388 apartment units.
