The Republic Named Project of the Year

We’re proud to share that two TBG projects were recognized by the Austin Business Journal at its 2025 Commercial Real Estate Awards. The Republic was named Project of the Year, while The Paseo earned the distinction of Best New High-Rise—a meaningful recognition of the vision, collaboration, and design excellence behind each project.
