KXAN: The Pitch, Nicole Warns by Nick Bannin

KXAN Meteorologist Nick Bannin met with Principal and Director of Design Nicole Warns to discuss north Austin’s newest entertainment district, The Pitch. The mixed-use site, located in Parmer’s business park, has become a popular spot for fans to cheer on Austin FC, gather with friends, and grab a bite from one of the multiple food vendors.

Nicole served on the TBG project as a design resource and is well-versed on the site’s elements, like drought and heat tolerant planting, and retention pond — two talking points of the interview.
