We are delighted to share the news that two TBG Partners projects found a place on D Magazine’s D CEO’s Commercial Real Estate Awards. This program recognizes “the best of the best,” and it is an honor for our work to be mentioned among so many impressive developers and designers.

The Victor, a 39-story residential high-rise in the heart of Victory Park in Dallas, was awarded Best Multifamily Project. Principal in Charge, Matt Klein, states The Victor’s team assembled alongside Hines was top notch. He explains the expert team members challenged and learned from each other, and “there was real comradery among the consultants which put everyone in a comfortable position to talk design.” It offers amazing amenities and a high quality of living so many residents desire. We can attribute the The Victor’s seamless blend of interior and exterior elements to this project’s overwhelmingly successful collaboration. It possesses a level of quality that is not found in every new build.

CHRISTUS Health, whose global headquarters is being built in the Las Colinas community of Irving, won Best Office Project. TBG Principal Jodi House shared an anecdotal fact, stating, “The building itself was designed to have this prism of light radiating from above down through the ground and terrace levels.” So, the team played off that prism for the architectural forms and materials. The hardscape items of CHRISTUS Health are counterbalanced by lush plantings, encompassed by a people centric design with seating nooks all the way to the building’s terrace levels. When completed, this project will be top of the line for office spaces.

In addition to The Victor and CHRISTUS Health, three TBG projects we’re also named finalists including Arlington Commons, Best Multifamily Project; Granite Park 6, Best Office Project; and Crescent Forth Worth, Best Mixed-Use Project.
