With over 20 years of experience, Nicole has led numerous award-winning projects. However, her true passion lies in mentoring and teaching the next generation of designers. In her new role, she will help shape the design vision for major projects and work to develop tools and platforms that elevate TBG’s design practice across all offices.

Seth has long provided strong leadership for the Dallas design studios, overseeing complex and high-profile projects throughout North Texas and beyond. Having already served in this role since January, we’re excited to officially welcome him into this position permanently.
