Elliott Doerle

TBG Austin’s Managing Principal, Elliott leads an office of 40 dedicated professionals that encompass landscape architecture, planning, environmental graphics and firm-wide support teams. He provides critical guidance to the design studios, works on projects, and networks with other industry professionals and clients to explore new project opportunities and elevate the profession. He has nearly 20 years’ professional experience that include many prominent destinations, particularly in terms of hospitality and urban design endeavors. He also serves on TBG’s Board of Directors, which provides strategic guidance for all aspects of the firm and its practice.

Growing up on Bayou Teche in New Iberia, Louisiana, Elliott and his friends would drive boats up and down the bayou, fishing, knee boarding and swimming in the alligator-infested waters. During college one year, he had a job as boat captain of a large platform boat that traveled the country cleaning up oil spills.
