After two years of construction, the tallest building in Dallas’ Victory Park plans to welcome its first residents next year.

The 40-story Victor apartment building that’s nearing completion towers over the American Airlines Center arena. It’s next door to the W Hotel.

Houston-based developer Hines broke ground on the 344-unit residential high-rise in November 2018.
