The QUAD tops out construction

Uptown Dallas’ next mixed use development, The QUAD celebrated a major milestone with a topping out ceremony on Monday, July 31.

Built in 1966, TBG is helping transform the Quadrangle district into a one-of-a-kind destination with unique, bungalow style retail and a large public open space to accommodate community-wide events as well as informal daily activity. The design also incorporates large water features that anchor the entrance of the 12-story office tower and a 12th story amenity terrace to provide an outdoor workspace for office tenants.

The QUAD is set to open next year near McKinney Avenue.
