TBG communities featured on RCLCO’s mid-2024 top 50 list

We are thrilled to announce that several TBG communities have earned a place on RCLCO’s Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities (MPCs) of Mid-Year 2024 list.

While the broader new home market has faced some headwinds, with single-family home sales down 1.1% nationally through the first half of 2024 compared to the prior year, master-planned communities like ours have remained resilient. In fact, June 2024 saw a 7.4% decline in new home sales nationally compared to the same month in 2023, yet our communities continue to attract eager buyers.

The Houston metropolitan area emerged as the top-performing region, boasting 13 communities in the Top-50 list, accounting for over 4,500 sales—nearly 24% of all sales among ranked MPCs. Texas as a whole also made a strong showing, representing about 39% of sales among ranked communities, with Florida following closely at 36%.
