Over the past two years, TBG’s Urban Design and Planning team has been hard at work shaping Lafayette Crossing – a livable, walkable place with density and key civic open spaces that promote quality of life in the growing community of Fate, Texas. Last week we received council approval on the new 260-acre mixed use district.

“This is a significant milestone for the City of Fate as it aligns to their goals in their Comprehensive Plan and the Forward Fate Area Plan,” says TBG Principal Mark Meyer.

The plan includes a framework of urban streetscapes, embedded parks, vertical mixed use, and missing middle housing anchored by a signature park in the center of the community.
