TBG Dallas Principal and Chairman of the Board, Mark Meyer was featured in a Multi-Housing News article about the complicated single-family rental (SFR) and build-to-rent (BTR) markets. In response to fear that these types of sales create a questionable future, Mark stated he feels “a little more optimistic,” and goes on to explain his thinking.

Meyer suggested that BTR communities will eventually be traded among investors in the way apartment properties were swapped in the 1990s, and as they are dealt from one buyer to the other, they will be upgraded.
