From Towers…
“Waterline, the 74-story “supertall” tower project poised to break the state’s height record upon its expected completion in late 2026, is approximately halfway through its construction schedule, with the building now rising past the 35-floor mark and increasingly visible on the downtown Austin skyline.”

The tower began construction in the summer of 2022 and is projected to be completed by late 2026. To celebrate reaching the halfway point, our Austin studio took a tour led by TBG Austin Principal, Chris Jackson and DPR Construction, the general contractor, allowing them to witness the impressive scale and complexity of the project firsthand.

Additionally, a new virtual tour of the building created by the architectural visualization firm TMRW was released this week. Utilizing their cutting-edge “SpaceWalk” platform, users can navigate several areas of the building in detailed 3D, providing an immersive experience of Waterline’s future spaces.

As we look forward to the next two years, the anticipation and excitement continue to build and we look forward to seeing this vision become a reality.
