Lauren Patel

Lauren’s hometown is Cincinnati, Ohio, and she vividly recalls moving to a new home in the middle of the woods in third grade. Her father was the general contractor for the homebuilding process and he would often build furniture out of wood scraps that the kids would use for imaginative play in the wooded setting. During college, Lauren visited Seoul, South Korea and lost her wallet on a city bus — only to receive it two months later completely intact.
