Jorge Toriz Morales

Jorge was born in Mexico City and moved to Texas at age seven, living briefly in San Antonio before settling in Houston, which he now considers his hometown. His fondest childhood memory is exploring the River Walk in San Antonio, an experience that filled him with wonder as a child. Jorge is passionate about fitness and has delivered a TEDx talk on the importance of health in teens and young adults. A self-taught musician, he plays guitar and drums, and he loves backpacking through National Parks, with Glacier and Zion among his favorites.
