two finalist projects | D CEO’s 2023 commercial real estate awards

We are excited to share that two TBG projects are finalists in D CEO’s 2023 Commercial Real Estate Awards! This annual program “recognizes outstanding projects, deals, and industry players,” and we’re honored to be a part of it.

The two projects finalists are McKinney & Olive and The QUAD, both located in the popular Uptown neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. McKinney & Olive is a corporate campus, and The QUAD is mixed-use retail that featuring creative office space. Both sites are included within the Projects and Deals category.
