TBG Partners’ Response to COVID-19
clients, colleagues and friends:
At TBG, we sympathize with those impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19), and our highest priority continues to be the well-being of our people – including our communities, clients and partners. The recent outbreak has forced businesses around the world, including the AEC industry, to respond quickly, remain flexible, and innovate new approaches to the way we work. We would like to share with you what we are doing to maintain service to our clients.
heightened hygiene and sanitation
In recent weeks, we have proactively educated our employees and raised awareness about the importance of personal hygiene. We have also taken extra precautions in each office by establishing nightly cleaning routines, sanitizing common areas throughout the day, and wiping down conference rooms following meetings.
mobilized remote workforce
We have taken steps to implement remote technology and increased bandwidth for the entirety of our firm. Our staff are fully prepared to collaborate through virtual means and equipped to deliver at the highest level. We do not anticipate any changes to deadlines or deliverables.
transition to virtual meetings
Effectively immediately, we encourage all meetings to be conducted through virtual technology, such as video and audio conferencing. To accommodate this transition, we have expanded our own utilization of Microsoft Teams.
implementation of travel restrictions
We have put all non-essential business travel on hold, and any travel considered ‘essential’ must be approved in advance.
cancellation of large events and gatherings
Many conferences and professional events have been postponed. Additionally, we are canceling our participation in any and all large gatherings, both internal and external until further notice.
TBG remains dedicated to putting people first. Working together, we will get through these challenging times and emerge even stronger! Thank you for your continued partnership and trust in TBG.
