pecan square tops out

TBG recently attended the Topping Out celebration for one of Hillwood Communities newest communities, Pecan Square by Hillwood. We are so excited to be included on the project team and so proud of what this community has already become! Pecan Square is a vision of Hillwood Communities to bridge the town and country.

The new community envisions a town square in the middle of the community to be the new social hub for Northlake, Texas. This vision was crafted 18 months ago after an intense study of the land and surrounding community to understand the needs of Northlake and physical attributes that make this area special. The design was based on the existing stand of mature Pecan Trees (over 200 of them!) that lined the former entry to the ranch.

After careful study to understand the effects of development, the design team worked around the existing trees to become the new entry which will be graced with banker lots that lead to the existing barn and new town square. We are excited to see the results as new residents start to make Pecan Square their new home in the coming months!
