Originally built in 1966 as The Quadrangle—one of Dallas’ first mixed-use developments—the five-acre site has been reimagined as The Quad: a walkable, design-forward destination in the heart of Uptown. The revitalized campus blends modern office space, dynamic public realm, and neighborhood-scaled retail to create a cohesive and community-oriented environment.

At its core, a 12-story, office tower anchors the development, featuring a signature amenity terrace on the 12th floor with outdoor workspaces and skyline views. An expansive water features frames the building’s entrance, while a quarter-acre public park and central green space invite activity throughout the day—from casual lunches to community-wide events.

A collection of five architecturally distinctive retail buildings surrounds the plaza; each designed at a residential scale in homage to the surrounding historic bungalows. Varying materials and textures across the buildings create a layered, human-scaled aesthetic, and each structure is planned to house a mix of restaurants, alfresco dining, and a neighborhood coffee shop. To create uninterrupted moments of surprise and delight, The Quad reinforces the 360-degree nature of the buildings by introducing a new standard of pushing back house activities below grade in the garage. As an anticipated addition to the Uptown fabric, The Quad is already generating excitement with its focus on walkability, outdoor gathering spaces, and vibrant public life—offering a place where work, dining, and community seamlessly converge.
