A Dallas real estate firm has purchased a big chunk of the Frisco Square development.

B/K Multifamily bought 25 acres at the northeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Cotton Gin Road in Frisco Square.

The property is zoned for more than 1,600 apartments, condos and other residential units.
