We’re proud to share that construction is moving forward on two transformational City of San Antonio projects: Huebner Creek Greenway and Lisa Starr Rosenstein Park — both designed to bring much-needed green space and trail connectivity to the South Texas Medical Center and surrounding communities.

A new park for the City of San Antonio in conjunction with the Medical Center Alliance, and the San Antonio Medical Foundation, these efforts reflect a shared commitment to healthy, accessible, and sustainable public spaces.

TBG Partners is proud to serve as the prime consultant, drawing on our San Antonio team’s long-standing focus on enhancing community health, connectivity, and ecological resilience through green infrastructure. Together, these projects will deliver:

– Nearly 1.5 miles of new trails that are part of the Leon Creek Greenway System which connect to the expanding Howard W. Peak Greenway Trail System
– Bridges, creek stabilization, and native landscaping
– Park amenities including playscapes, shaded seating, and wildlife overlooks
– Public art, wayfinding, and new connections to the Floyd Curl Green Street

Thank you to our clients, partners, and incredible project team, we look forward to seeing these places take shape!
