Senior Associate Chris Gentile spoke with Propmodo about a topic near and dear to the hearts of all TBGers – the impact landscape architecture has on the urban environment and its ability to improve the quality of built structures – architecture.

Chris told Propmodo, “Landscaping and greenspaces are becoming so integral to a building.” He elaborates, and goes on to discuss the different canvases landscape architects have compared to architects, which many do not understand are completely different.

“Architects realize they work in a bubble. The building envelope is their scope. They start from a white paper. For us, there’s never white paper. There’s always something already there.”
