We are thrilled to congratulate Elaine Kearney, PLA, Managing Principal, on her elevation to the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) Council of Fellows!

Nominated by the Texas ASLA Chapter in the Leadership/Management category, Elaine’s influence extends far beyond Texas. Her impact is felt across the profession—through her leadership on TBG’s Board of Directors, her guidance of our San Antonio office, and her service to the broader community.

Elaine also plays a key role in the nonprofit sector, serving as Vice President of the San Antonio Botanical Garden and as a national board member of the Landscape Architecture Foundation. Her thoughtful leadership, dedication to design excellence, and tireless advocacy for landscape architecture continue to inspire all of us at TBG and the profession as a whole.

“The 2025 Class of Fellows has transformed places and policies, inspired future leaders, and advanced equity, resilience, and beauty in the built and natural world.”
– Torey Carter-Conneen, ASLA CEO
