We have much to celebrate in Lewisville, Texas! Along with our partners from the City of Lewisville Parks and Recreation Dept., we broke ground for their Centennial Creek Hike and Bike Trail Extension project.

This transformative project advances the City of Lewisville’s vision of connecting residents to parks, trails, and nature preserves—all within a 10-minute walk from their homes. Designed by TBG Partners, the new segment will seamlessly integrate with the existing Timber Creek Trail, creating a vital connection that enhances the city’s extensive trail network.

Aptly named Centennial Creek Trail in honor of Lewisville’s 100th Anniversary, the trail will feature a 12-foot-wide concrete path, pedestrian bridges, and thoughtful trailhead amenities including seating, bike racks, wayfinding, and public art. With a design that honors the area’s rich natural environment, the trail will preserve trees and existing topography as it winds through a beautiful, dense riparian corridor.
